Nerox Stellato

Nerox is a particular black oxide used by Fratelli Toso since the early 1950s; it was chosen for many designs until the late 1960s. Pollio Perelda also chose to use Nerox for some of its designs, as in this unique Nerox Stellato. Perelda chose to combine Nerox with his choice of a few large stellate murrines, all the same in both size and color, white with red rays. It is a unique piece dated 1962 as certified by the documentation in our historical archive.
