first quarter of 20th century Fratelli Toso merit in glass art goes from the reproduction of '700 styled chandelier to the creation of '800 styled ones, starting with the big one exposed in Murano glass museum since 1864.

Those masterpieces served as examples for all the big glass factories in Murano till the new revolutionary chandelier made of glass only (lacking of metal structure) that has been presented for the first time during the "Salon de la Luminaire" of Paris in 1967.
It really opened a new frontier in the lighting field.
