  In 1933 the company experienced a slump in the market and the older partners decide to leave the business to part of the new partners and children.

Therefore, in 1936 Ermanno, Michele, Alfio, Aldo Toso, Amleto Zuffi and Armando Zuffi took over the company appointing Michele and Ermanno Toso as unlimited partners.

But in 1940 W.W.II started and it became impossible to find fuel to work normally.

the company crew in 1940In 1946 Michele Toso died (heirs: Arnoldo, Rosanna, Giuliana).

By 1948 production was back up to speed and the throngs of American customers with their buying power returned.

In 1954 Aldo Toso was appointed unlimited partner to replace his brother Michele.
In 1966 Arnoldo Toso became unlimited partner (replacing his father Michele)
In 1968 Ugo Zuffi and Licio Zuffi join the company as unlimited partners in place of their fathers, Amleto and Armando Zuffi, respectively.
